Here you live in a well-maintained and fully equipped residence with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The accommodation offers a 54 sqm living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. A cozy bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. On the second floor there is a sleeping loft with two more beds.

Out in the garden you can enjoy the sun and share a dining area for relaxation. And on the other side of the road you will find the boat with oars and motor in Upperudshöljen, which stretches to Håverud with its aqueduct, lock stairs, restaurants and shops.

The rent also includes a boat with motor and locks (if the canal is open), so you can experience the beautiful Håverud by sluicing up through the four lock basins and crossing the Upperudsforsen on the water and iron aqueduct. It's an experience you won't soon forget!
